We process personal data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Slovenian data-protection law (ZVOP-2).

Data we collect

• Information you submit via the form (name, company, email, phone, system description).
• Server technical data (IP address, access time, referrer) — kept up to 30 days for security purposes.

Legal basis

• Your consent (checked in the form).
• Contractual interest — if you become our client.
• Legal obligation — for invoicing and accounting.

Retention

Enquiries that do not become engagements are retained for a maximum of 12 months. Client records follow tax law (10 years for invoices).

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, and port your data. Contact us in writing at info@renovio.dev. You can also lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner of Slovenia.

Data sharing

We do not share your data with third parties, except: (a) authorities where required by law, and (b) our email provider (hosted in the EU). Your source code and documentation are never used to train AI models and are not shared with external AI vendors without your explicit consent.

Cookies

The site does not use tracking cookies. The only cookies used are functional (e.g. language preference).
