What if the analysis shows a rewrite is not worth it?
That is also a legitimate outcome. In some cases we recommend keeping the legacy system for another few years before rewriting, or modernising only specific modules. An honest answer is worth more than a sold project you do not need.
How is the rewrite quote calculated?
From four factors: code size (lines + complexity), documentation quality, target stack, and integrations with other systems. The report shows the breakdown explicitly — not a single number without explanation.
